Before you enrol
Training Helps is committed to marketing its training and assessment services in an accurate, ethical and responsible manner, ensuring that all learners are provided with timely and necessary information.
Prior to enrolment, we make sure you have all the information about your course, including:
- Course details and the qualification or Statement of Attainment you will receive on successful completion
- How the training is delivered and assessed
- Prerequisites specific to individual courses and units
- Vocational outcomes
- Course fees and refunds
- Complaints and appeals procedures
- Recognition of prior learning (RPL) and credit transfer arrangements
Enrolment process
How to apply
Choose your course
Read the course information, including delivery, assessment, entry requirements and fees, then choose a face-to-face class date.
Enrol and pay online
Complete the online enrolment form (including your USI) and pay in full. You will receive an email confirming your enrolment.
Access the learning portal
Your login gives you access to the learning management system, where you complete a short Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) check.
Attend your class, then study
Attend your booked face-to-face class, then log in for your course overview and work through the online learning and assessment.
An Enrolment Officer will assess your application and may contact you to determine your suitability for the course and, where required, recommend a more suitable course or level of study. Payment is required up front and in full at the time of enrolment.
